1. What method of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number.

2. How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 2 business days,  provided the product ordered is in stock. We do not ship on holidays.  Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping.  We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 3-4 business days in the US. We do ship to to AFPO (Armed Forces Post Office Boxes)

3. What is the Return Policy?
Unworn merchandise can be exchanged for merchandise credit if within the 30 day return period. Please note, shipping charges cannot be refunded. Customized orders, earrings, masks and socks are all final sale. We do not offer free returns at this time.

4. How do I return an item?
If you would like to exchange your item or receive a store credit:

Please be sure to indicate your order number and the item/size you would like to exchange it for. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will ship your exchange or generate your store credit code. Send us an email to to let us know its on the way, and we'll keep an eye out for it! Please allow 10-12 business days for your return to be processed.

5. How do the sizes run?
We create all Sacred Heart items. Our sizes run true to size based on the size chart provided. Please choose the best size based on the size chart. If you are in doubt, please size up. Customized orders are final sales.

6. I see AKA, DST & ZPhiB merchandise, do you offer merchandise for other organizations?
Currently, these are the only organizations we stock, but we are always adding more! If you want to see a particular style for your orgainzation please email us at

7. Do you offer group orders/bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer group discounts for orders of 25 or more. If you are interested in getting a quote for a bulk discount please email us with the following information
  • Potential Quantity
  • Style 
  • Which personalization techniques desired (Line name/personal name embroidery, line name, chapter, etc)
  • Potential date that you'd like to wear the garments

Buyer acknowledges, understands and agrees (hereinafter collectively “agrees”) that he/she is an Authorized Buyer only if he/she is buying goods bearing Sorority marks and designs for an AKA member’s personal use and not for resale. Buyer agrees that a non-member is not allowed to purchase, own, wear or possess such items.
Buyer also agrees that purchasing Sorority goods for any other reason is prohibited and doing so under false pretense authorizes Sorority to immediately (1) remove or cause to be removed the goods from the internet and all social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, eBay, Twitter, Craigslist, Amazon, Etsy  (hereinafter, “Third Party”) and (2) repossess such good(s) from Buyer and any Third Party trying to sell them. Buyer agrees to waive its First Sale Doctrine right to subsequently sell any item(s), bearing a Sorority Mark."
